Delivery Information

Goods are delivered as illustrated at Lindt's online shop subject to minor alterations to packaging. The standard delivery period for consignments within the UK is dispatch of all items within 3 to 5 working days (Mondays to Fridays only, excluding public holidays) of receipt of order. Orders will then be delivered the next working day (from dispatch) before 5pm.

For addresses that are not part of the UK Mainland, the delivery date may extend beyond the 7 working days, due to additional cross-water transit for delivery. Exact details can be obtained by referring to Order & Delivery Periods . Since we dispatch goods through an external service provider, delays may occur depending on processing times.

For large orders of over £500, the delivery date may extend beyond the 7 working days, as we may need to arrange specific additional transport in order to ship the goods to you. You will be contacted by our Customer Service team, should this be required.

We offer delivery to addresses within the UK, excluding Ireland and Northern Ireland. We support delivery to the Channel Islands.

Minimum basket order of £20. All orders over £50.00 will be entitled to free delivery.
